If you aren't able to visit our store, our Mail-In Repair Program is perfect for you*. Just fill out the form and we'll contact with you with shipping instructions. Once you ship it to us, we take care of the rest!

Once you fill out the form below, we'll contact you and give you a quote over the phone. The best part is, you don't pay* for the free diagnostic if we can't fix it!
*Return shipping charges apply, if customer requests their device back
Shipping costs will depend on where you live and what carrier you'll be using. We recommend shipping your device to us
through a carrier with tracking information*.
If you choose to have your device repaired, we will also provide a quote to ship your device back.
If you decline to have the device repaired, we can provide a quote to have it shipped back to you. Alternatively, if you do not wish to have your device returned, PCMaster Pro can recycle your device at no cost.

We provide a 90 days Warranty which includes the cost of repair. Our warranty covers select costs only and does not include shipping to PCMaster Pro, replacement parts or any additional costs. Conditions and terms may change without notice.
Most repairs can be worked on as soon as we receive them, but some will need to take 5-10 business days, depending on parts availability. Don't worry, we will keep you in the loop along the way so there won't be any surprises.
We only accept mail-in repairs after you've filled out the form. Once we've confirmed it you may ship it. Our address is:

No, we will always give you a call ahead of time to get a confirmation before we proceed with any additional work.
Most of our repairs come with a 90-day warranty! If you are having any issues at all, give us a call and we would be happy to assist you.
In these types of scenarios. We will not be able to provide warranty on the parts you have brought in as we have not vetted your supplier but we will ensure that your device is working perfectly before we send you off.
